- Many Partners: The rhythm method is not safe for those who have many partners. It could be dangerous for those types of couples. So think before to use it.
- Need to track the period’s time regularly: It is one of the major problem for the woman to track the periods and maintain the data and discuss with the doctor for proper implementation.
- NO Shield: The biggest disadvantage of rhythm method is that is not free from any type of STIs and HIV. It can spoil the harmony of your life if you are in the contact of infected person.
- Wait and Watch: As you know the theory of rhythm method depends on the period cycle. Sometimes the time span is so long you have until the completion of cycle.
- Some women have the problem of irregular timing of periods. In these cases, it is not so effective.
